포차팡은 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않으며, 계정은 앱을 처음 실행할 때 자동으로 만들어지는 익명 계정입니다. 그래서 로그인 없이 삭제를 처리하려면 어느 계정을 지울지 알려주셔야 합니다. 아래 방법으로 요청해 주세요.

별명만으로는 같은 별명을 쓰는 다른 이용자와 구분되지 않을 수 있습니다. 그런 경우 추가 확인을 위해 회신을 드리며, 확인이 되지 않으면 다른 이용자의 데이터를 잘못 지우는 것을 막기 위해 삭제를 진행하지 않습니다.
서버 데이터 삭제까지 원하지 않고 앱만 지우려면 요청이 필요하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 안의 데이터는 즉시 사라집니다. 다만 서버에 저장된 익명 계정 데이터는 남아 있으며, 앱을 다시 설치하면 새 계정이 만들어져 기존 기록과 연결되지 않습니다.
PochaPang never collects your name, email, or phone number. Your account is an anonymous account created automatically on first launch, so we need you to tell us which account to delete.
How to request: email support@bycode.kr with the subject [PochaPang] Data deletion request and include either your account ID (copy it from the in-app Settings screen — most accurate) or your nickname plus the date you last played.
What is deleted: your anonymous account ID, auto-generated nickname, daily challenge scores, best stage reached, streak, and endless best score stored on our servers. Data stored on your device is removed as soon as you uninstall the app — no request needed. Purchase records are held by Google Play / the Apple App Store and cannot be deleted by us; if you delete your data, any ad-removal benefit is lost as well. Advertising and analytics data is held by Google under its own policies; resetting your device's advertising ID stops further collection.
Processing: within 5 business days, free of charge. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can keep playing afterwards — a new anonymous account will be created on next launch. If a nickname alone cannot be matched to a single account, we will contact you; if we still cannot confirm it, we will not delete anything, to avoid removing another player's data.
